Who we are

Turnout ("we", "us") runs the Turnout app: a dating app for active people, and the Run Clubs where members run together. These terms are an agreement between you and us. By using Turnout you accept them.

Who can use Turnout

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter this agreement. You may have one account, and the details you give must be true: your name, age and photos must be yours. We may ask you to verify yourself with a selfie. We never knowingly allow anyone under 18 on Turnout, and we remove accounts that are.

How to behave

Follow our Community Guidelines. You must not harass, threaten or deceive anyone, send spam, ask for money, impersonate someone, share anyone's private information, post illegal or sexually explicit content, or use Turnout for anything other than meeting people. We may remove content, hide a profile or end an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

You own the photos and words you post. You allow us to store them and show them to other members as part of Turnout. You promise you have the right to post them and that they do not break the law or anyone else's rights.

Meeting people and Run Clubs

Turnout helps you meet people. We cannot check everyone's background and we do not control what members do, so take sensible care: meet in public, tell a friend, and read our dating safety tips in the Safety centre. Run Clubs are organised by independent founders and members take part at their own risk. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else we cannot limit by law.

Turnout Pro, Boosts and Super Likes

Turnout is free to use. Turnout Pro is an optional subscription, and Boosts and Super Likes are one-off purchases. You buy them through the App Store or Google Play, so payment, refunds and cancellation are handled by the store. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Prices include VAT. These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Pausing, deleting and ending your account

You can pause your profile or delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms or if we think it is needed to keep people safe. Messaging someone you have matched with is never held back because you are a free member.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Turnout running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that you will meet anyone. Within the limits of the law, we are not responsible for what members say or do, or for losses we could not reasonably have predicted.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change matters, we will tell you in the app. Carrying on using Turnout after a change means you accept it.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and its courts can hear any dispute. Questions: support@turnoutclub.com.
